Titus is a company that manufactures Nitrogen Generator systems. Those systems can be anything from 95% purity all the way up to 99.999% ultra- high purity. They have both membrane systems and Pressure Swing Adsorption systems.
The membrane systems are typically usually used for lower purity the 95-99%. The Pressure Swing Adsorption systems are used for higher purity application systems, for higher volume applications, and for higher demand applications for more continuous flow
Both systems allow for the replacement of bottles, or Nitrogen Duers or liquid nitrogen tanks that are used to generate nitrogen. Generators are much easier to maintain, there’s no concern about the bottles running out and having downtime, there’s no safety issues with changing bottles, and the systems are very flexible so they can be customized to applications.
