The Ceramat WA 160 is an advanced pneumatic immersion-style retractable holder. Designed specifically for 225 mm pH, ORP, conductivity, and oxygen sensors. Seamlessly connecting to the Unical or Uniclean controller, automatic sensor retraction, calibration, and cleaning functionalities are enabled. Including an impressive insertion depth range of 600 to 2,000 mm, it conveniently deploys in pits or basins using a chain attached to the bail handle.
Operator safety is paramount to the Ceramat WA 160. Various features ensure a secure operating environment. Included are an internal scraping ring and a specialized “cyclone” cleaning chamber. This effectively minimizing the exposure of process media to the operator.
Since the sensor can only be removed when in the service position, process safety is greatly enhanced. Also the automatic insertion protection feature reliably restricts the movement of the fitting, preventing extension into the process position without a sensor.
